Are you an engineering leader passionate about building teams capable of great feats, including creating modern, best-in-class applications that power businesses globally? If so, this is the place for you. In this role, you will work closely with product and design teams to build and test innovative ideas at scale.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Lead a team of experienced mobile engineers in Warsaw
• Organize stand-ups, sprint planning, technical discussions, and work for the team
• Develop team members through 1:1s, career planning, and coaching
• Define team objectives and key results aligned with Boxs business goals
• Develop team roadmaps, execution plans, and own delivery
• Drive engineering excellence by measuring and improving quality and practices
• Coach team members to excel

WHO YOU ARE

• You have 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams
• You have 5+ years of technical experience, including 1+ years building mobile applications
• You can build alignment and execute on new technical ideas
• You possess a people-oriented leadership style
• You are passionate about mobile technology and raising standards

Box values community and in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to work from their assigned office at least 2 days a week, focusing on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Your recruiter will share more about our work culture during the hiring process.
