The Traineeship Program is intended to spark high potential in the best students/fresh alumni coming from top Technical Universities. Its successful completion can be a starting point for a long-term career and can result in a full-time offer in our organization!

6 MONTHS PROGRAM

START: IMMEDIATELY

As a Trainee you will:

Job Qualifications

We are looking for:

Students of 4th or 5th year of studies at Technical University (Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automation and Robotics, Molding, Engineering, Chemical, Process Engineering, Production Engineering and other similar faculties) who:

1. Have strong academic results, technical skills and positive attitude towards challenges and change.
2. Display strong leadership, strategic thinking, teamwork and problem-solving skills; operational discipline and ability to work within diverse organizations and teams
3. Express willingness to learn, take initiative and show flexibility
4. Good knowledge of the English AND Polish language
