Engineer (.NET | AWS | DevOps | Cloud Infrastructure)

Your responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end technical improvements across backend services, infrastructure, and supporting systems
• Take ownership of backend engineering initiatives with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with team members to challenge ideas and drive well-founded technical decisions
• Participate actively in engineering and architecture discussions
• Provide constructive peer feedback and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
• Engage in Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Demonstrate curiosity about customer problems and actively build domain understanding
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve effectiveness and delivery quality
• Support production environments, observability practices, and operational excellence

Our requirements

• Advanced proficiency in C# / .NET
• Strong backend engineering experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong background in DevOps & Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), including:
• Observability
• Monitoring & alerting
• Incident response
• Broader DevOps practices beyond Infrastructure as Code
• Intermediate Python proficiency
• Experience with Identity & Access Management, including:
• MSAL
• Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
• OAuth 2.0 On-Behalf-Of flows
• Machine-to-Machine (M2M) token patterns
• Experience with message brokers and event streaming platforms (preferably Apache Pulsar)
• Solid understanding of:
• Event-driven architecture
• Eventual consistency
• Failure handling strategies
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud, including production ownership and troubleshooting
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including:
• Docker multi-stage builds
• GitHub Actions workflows
• Automated testing pipelines
• Frontend development experience (React + TypeScript)
• Experience working within a Product Trio model
• Interest in or exposure to agentic systems / AI-driven software development
