• Engage in diverse projects, from strategic discoveries to system implementations, driven by challenges in the Resources Industry (Energy, Utilities, Chemicals & Natural Resources).
• Define business and technology roadmaps toward customer-centric models, gather business and systems requirements, implement new payment solutions, loyalty and CRM programs, and explore new opportunities like eMobility.
• Model digital solution business cases, assess fit against new processes, and develop implementation roadmaps, embracing challenges as opportunities.
• Support PMO activities for large-scale, complex programs, combining processes with technology.
• Assisting clients in transformation processes by developing a clear understanding of the change process and its impact on individuals and organizations.

Oferujemy

• University degree in e.g., technical, business, or economic field; 1-3 years (Analyst) or 3-5 years (Consultant) experience in Energy or Utilities industry.

• Affinity with technology and digitalization; experience in projects like workforce transformation or new systems implementation.

• Basic Project Management experience (certificates and hands-on preferred), proficient in Power Point and Excel.

• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and English communication skills.

• Team player with a "can-do" mentality, able to work independently and handle various project responsibilities.
