  • Proficiency in managing and configuring devices using Microsoft Intune, Azure/EntraID, and Powershell.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with end-user hardware, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supporting and maintaining PC and mobile devices using cloud technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user hardware issues.
  • Familiarity with deploying and managing device drivers and firmware updates.
  • Experience with performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and debugging hardware and software issues.
  • Proven track record of supporting devices on a global scale from a Level 3 perspective.
  • In-depth understanding of mobile device platforms (iOS, Android) and their respective MDM solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and end-users.
,[Provide technical assistance to end users for hardware, software, and network issues., Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices., Respond to support tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues., Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance., Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications., Monitor system health and performance, addressing any anomalies promptly., Manage user accounts, including creating, modifying, and disabling accounts as needed., Ensure proper access controls are in place and up to date., Provide training to end users on new software, systems, and best practices., Create and maintain documentation for technical procedures and user guides., Develop and update knowledge base articles for common issues and solutions., Work closely with other IT team members to coordinate and resolve complex issues., Communicate effectively with end users to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions., Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives., Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect company data., Perform regular security checks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations., Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations as necessary., Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets., Track the lifecycle of equipment and manage the disposal of obsolete or damaged items., Ensure licenses are up to date and properly documented.
