Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in employer branding (meaning you have previously planned and led employer branding projects, managed budgets, organized events).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Digital mindset and adaptability to innovative projects.
- Very good project management skills and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on results.
- Experience with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Adaptability, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communication, human resources, or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of an employer branding strategy aligned with the companys goals and values.
- Conducting research to understand what motivates and attracts talents, and adjusting the strategy based on insights.
- Monitoring industry trends to identify opportunities to strengthen the employer brand.
- Taking responsibility for creating or co-creating all written communication related to employer branding, such as LinkedIn posts, texts for employer branding videos or animations, blog posts, and others.
- Creating engaging content (videos, blogs, social media posts) that showcase the company culture, employee success stories, and career opportunities.
- Regular reporting and sharing insights with management, highlighting areas of success and improvement opportunities.
- Planning and participating in job fairs, conferences, meetings, and other industry events to promote the company.
- Collaborating with the recruitment team to understand recruitment needs and support recruitment processes through employer branding activities. Supporting the recruitment team in mass recruitment processes.
- Building relationships with external partners, such as universities and other stakeholders, to strengthen the employer brand.
