Position: Payroll Team Leader (EMEA)

Model: Hybrid

Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities:

• Supervision over the team of Senior Payroll Specialists
• Ensuring that all data is correctly entered and transferred to payroll system and vendors for all payrolls in the EMEA region
• End-to-end payroll processing
• Communication with stakeholders regarding payroll procedures and process
• Analyzing payroll process for KPI reporting
• Overseeing all vendors to ensure correct gross to net processing and statutory requirements
• Process improvements across EMEA region

Requirements:

• Previous experience in people management role
• Experience in payroll process, preferably in EMEA
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to cooperate globally with senior stakeholders
