Job Description

1. Creating code based on requirements
2. Maintaining existing code, including creating bug fixes and adding new features
3. Conceptual software design (under the supervision of a Senior Software Engineer)
4. Overseeing, maintaining, and implementing software build systems
5. Creating requirements for new devices and new features
6. Documenting created code according to established standards
7. Creating and performing unit and integration tests
8. Managing the version control system
9. Developing production and testing scripts, e.g., in Python
10. Participating in code reviews
11. Providing necessary information to the Customer Support Department
12. Participating in documentation reviews, including requirements, test cases, and test plans

The Successful Applicant

1. Proficiency in programming in C
2. Knowledge of ARM Cortex-M core microcontrollers
3. Practical knowledge of debugging methods for embedded systems
4. Higher education in Engineering: Automation and Robotics, Electronics, or a related field
5. English language proficiency at B2 level
6. Communication skills and willingness to work in a team
7. Analytical approach
