Job Description: Electrical Construction Manager

As an Electrical Construction Manager at Metlen, you will be a fundamental part of the construction team. You will be responsible for working collaboratively to assist in delivering the project on time, safely, and in line with the project plan. Your role will encompass:

• Manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans, health & safety, and quality standards.
• Liaise with project and construction managers to align site progress with programme milestones.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager on CCGT projects.
• Interface closely with project management and client representatives to resolve technical and scheduling issues.
• Ensure all works are fully compliant with current legislation, specifications, and security protocols.
• Manage resources on site to ensure efficiency, plan labour and material resources ahead of time, and manage subcontractor labour hours.

Qualifications and Skills:

• University or Technical Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager on CCGT projects.
• Excellent IT skills, including advanced use of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
