Job Description

DXC Technology is looking for an Ekspert Analityk Biznesowy (Business Analyst Expert) to collaborate closely with clients and drive business analysis for application development. The ideal candidate will have a proactive, self‑starting nature with a can do attitude.

You Will Be Responsible For

The successful candidate will:

• Identify the customer’s business needs and elicit, analyze, and manage requirements.
• Prepare documentation compliant with corporate standards and model requirements and system functionalities.

We Require

• Fluent Polish and English.
• Higher education master’s degree in computer science – MUST.
• Proven track record delivering/working on complex software development projects (5+ years as Business/System Analyst, Product Owner or Project/Product Manager preferred).
• Deep understanding of application principles, standards, industry practices, techniques and concepts.
• Experience in requirements estimation.
• Experience in elicitation, analysis, and management of requirements and defining system specifications.
• Experience in creating system analysis using BPMN and UML notation in CASE modeling tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect).
• Experience as a BA on client‑facing applications.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, data models, backend and frontend IT systems.
• Practical knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Understanding of REST architectural style.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to work without supervision, manage time, and prioritize workload efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex or technical ideas in easy‑to‑understand terms to diverse audiences.
• Ability to negotiate, handle, and settle disputes, and resolve problems.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in the public sector.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Architect tool.
• Experience designing web interfaces, prototypes and application flow.
• Experience defining mobile application functional specifications or technical requirements.
• Ability to prepare system analyses (including use cases, mockups, data models, etc.).
