Efficiency & External Funds Senior Manager

basic salary + fixed bonus (e.g., quarterly, annual)

• Mapping and improving business processes across the organization
• Leading the Project Management Office to monitor organizational projects, deadlines and costs
• Preparing reports and dashboards for the Management Board and the Group (KPIs, targets’ planning, operational reports, ad hoc analyses)
• Supervising the acquisition and effective use of external funds & EU subsides, including funds for energy distribution R&D projects
• Overseeing SLA agreements
• Coordinating FTE planning for the whole company and support for financial planning
• Coordinating external reports related to cybersecurity and ISMS (Information Security Management System)

Our requirements

• University degree in Economics, IT, electrical engineering or a similar field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the energy or consulting sector
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
• Knowledge of Polish energy market regulations
• Fluency in Polish and English, knowledge of German would be welcome
• Proven team management skills
• Innovative thinking and a broad perspective to address financial, optimization and operational challenges

• We are looking for an Efficiency & External Funds Senior Manager to lead the team of 20 motivated employees in a growing company. This role supports directly the Management Board by ensuring the organization’s efficiency through process optimization, strategic reporting and project management.
