We are looking for a motivated and commercially aware eCommerce Media Manager with strong digital expertise to join P&G Media Team. In P&G, you will lead multifunctional teams to develop and execute winning growth strategies to accelerate our business across multiple brands.

The E-commerce Media Manager will be responsible for leading the planning and activation of Retailer Media & external performance marketing campaigns across multiple P&G Brands at Allegro and Amazon. The person will strengthen the local eCommerce media strategy, manage agency and vendor marketing operations, and optimize campaigns to efficiently deliver incremental sales across multi-million-dollar budgets.

- Take responsibility for leading the planning and activation of Retailer Media & external performance marketing campaigns across multiple P&G Brands at major PL retailers.
- Design strategic interventions on performance marketing mix based on the in-depth analysis of various data sets, including sales, shares, consumer insights, media efficiency, and competitive activities.
- Coordinate the work of the multi-functional team, including internal and external partners such as vendor marketing teams and media agencies.
- Design and lead the eCommerce Media Test & Learn Agenda, explore new digital partnerships and tools, draw conclusions, and educate the organization.

Job Qualifications
Apply if you have:
- Knowledge of the Allegro Ads panel; experience with Empik Ads/Amazon Ads is a big plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, whether in an eCommerce agency or on the client side.
- Experience in creating eCommerce strategies for CPG brands combining retail media and brand performance marketing.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to provide recommendations and suggest optimizations based on campaign results.
- Familiarity with Google Ads/Facebook Ads is an added advantage.
- A knack for collaborating with other teams, along with the ability to work independently.
