Take responsibility for leading the planning and activation of Retailer Media & external performance marketing campaigns across multiple P&G Brands at major PL retailers.
Design strategic interventions on performance marketing mix based on the in-depth analysis of a wide set of data, including sales, shares, consumer insights, media efficiency, competitive activities, etc.
Coordinate the work of the multi-functional team, including internal and external partners such as vendor marketing teams, media and creative agencies and you will be working with an international team based across Central Europe and Geneva.
Design and lead the eCommerce Media Test&Learn Agenda, explore new digital partnerships and tools, draw conclusions, and educate the organization.

Knowledge of the Allegro Ads panel; experience with Empik Ads/Amazon Ads is a big plus.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, whether in an eCommerce agency or on the client side.
Experience in creating eCommerce strategies for CPG brands combining retail media and brand performance marketing,
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to provide recommendations and suggest optimizations based on campaign results.
Familiarity with Google Ads/Facebook Ads is an added advantage.
A knack for collaborating with other teams, along with the ability to work independently.
