What we expect

• B2B e-commerce experience with successes: we are looking for someone with proven B2B e-commerce management experience and concrete achievements to their credit (please identify key projects and results)
• leadership skills and experience in team building: we expect experience in effectively managing a team (6 people directly + 8 external people), motivating it, delegating tasks and achieving common goals
• strategic thinking and efficient management of e-commerce projects: we are looking for a person with experience in creating and implementing e-commerce strategies, analyzing market data and effectively managing complex projects in an international environment.
• fluent communication in English and communicative in Polish
• willingness to work in a dynamic hybrid model (3 days in our modern office in Gdansk, 2 days remotely)
• experience in a cross-cultural environment

Your tasks

• lead eCommerce projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to desired quality standards
• optimizing processes to improve the effectiveness, and efficiency of all eCommerce operations
• managing supplier relationships to ensure effective collaboration, delivery of quality services and alignment with business needs
• ensuring continuity of daily eCommerce operations, quickly resolving issues to maintain platform performance and customer satisfaction
• fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholders to align eCommerce initiatives with broader company goals
• keeping abreast of industry trends, contributing innovative ideas to eCommerce strategy and platform development
