We are looking for an experienced E‑Invoicing Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of compliant invoicing processes across European markets. This role combines finance, tax, and technology, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, process standardisation, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
E‑Invoicing Implementation
- Lead and support e‑invoicing deployments across European countries (e.g., France, Poland – KSeF, Germany)
- Coordinate system setup and integrations with Digital Technology, Tax, Finance, and external partners
- Manage connections with e‑invoicing platforms and service providers
- Ensure compliance with local legal and tax requirements
Process Design & Optimisation
- Analyse and improve Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in line with e‑invoicing regulations.
- Design standardised and scalable invoicing processes across markets
- Drive automation, efficiency, and data quality improvements
- Support ERP integration (SAP preferred) with e‑invoicing solutions
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key point of contact between business, IT, tax, and external providers
- Provide guidance and training to O2C teams
- Support change management and ensure user adoption
Project Management
- Support regional and global transformation initiatives
- Track milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Participate in testing (UAT), go‑live, and hypercare phases
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in e‑invoicing or finance transformation
- Strong knowledge of European e‑invoicing regulations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Understanding of O2C / R2R processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
