As E-Commerce Project & Growth Specialist, you’ll help us scale and optimize our global B2B webshop ecosystem.
Operating across regions and markets, you’ll ensure our online platforms not only work seamlessly but also deliver measurable business growth — improving adoption, sales efficiency, and customer satisfaction worldwide.
You’ll work at the intersection of sales enablement, e-commerce operations, and digital marketing, identifying global growth levers and ensuring local teams can execute effectively.
This means balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on coordination — turning insights into actions that drive revenue, conversion, and customer loyalty across all shops.
The role offers a broad scope to shape, learn, and make an impact, with the opportunity to grow into strategic topics such as market expansion, customer engagement models, and global KPI optimization.

Sales & Business Growth
- Identify and coordinate initiatives that increase webshop adoption, order frequency, and customer retention across all markets.
- Support sales teams with digital tools, materials, and initiatives that drive online conversion.
- Analyze buying patterns and recommend improvements to product visibility, search, and ordering flows.
- Contribute to pricing, discount, or campaign discussions from a customer and performance perspective.
- Plan and coordinate targeted marketing activities (e.g. newsletters, promotions, on-site campaigns).
- Collaborate with internal marketing and regional teams to align on messaging and timing.
- Evaluate campaign results and recommend next steps to maximize ROI and engagement.
E-Commerce Projects & Market Rollouts
- Support the onboarding of new countries, markets, and digital features.
- Manage localization, testing, and internal readiness for go-live.
- Ensure that the online experience supports regional sales goals and operational processes.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor webshop KPIs (traffic, conversion, order value, customer activity).
- Use insights from dashboards or analytics to identify what drives or limits growth.
- Work cross-functionally to turn findings into concrete actions and measurable improvements.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or E-Commerce
- Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or analytics
- Strong understanding of online sales drivers, customer journeys, and growth strategies
- Familiarity with key e-commerce metrics (conversion, order value, retention) and ability to connect them to business outcomes
- Keen interest in combining business growth with technology
- Excellent English communication skills: German is a plus
- Above all: a curious, proactive, and open mindset, eager to learn, experiment, and make an impact
