Role Overview:

As the Commercial Director, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, reporting directly to the CEO. Your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting and executing the commercial strategy
• Managing the sales department

• Building, coaching, and leading a high-performing sales team

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Strong strategic commercial expertise
• Proven experience in Commerce, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related fields within the food industry
• A minimum of 5 years in senior B2B Sales roles in the Food Process Industry
• Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities
• Outstanding networking and collaboration skills, with a track record of working across functions
• Self-driven with excellent communication skills
