As Dispute Analyst, you will be part of the Customer Care Operations team responsible for investigating customer disputes, performing invoice corrections, providing information to customers, and analyzing root causes. Work in partnership with internal stakeholders across multiple departments and business units to improve the customer experience.

As a Dispute Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Must Haves
• Spoken and written proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) and in French (minimum B1 level)
• Able to work under time constraints
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Care Operations Departments
• Comfortable with M.S. Office – Outlook, Excel
• Proactive and investigative mindset as well as a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Team player who can also work independently on moderately complex projects with general supervision
• Willingness to recommend enhancements in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness
Nice to Haves
• Experience within a Shared Services Environment or Customer Care
• Experience with Accounting / Cash Collection
• Experience in using SAP
• Advanced Excel knowledge
