responsibilities :


  • Oversee and manage IT assets and configurations
  • Work closely with Agile Teams, the Network Agile Team (WAN, LAN, Wifi, VPN), and the End-User Device Agile Team. Manage devices using Intune & MDM, M365, and other collaboration and productivity suites
  • Handle incident response, service requests, change requests, problems, automation, knowledge management, and housekeeping
  • Lead projects and manage vendor relationships
  • Support BU business by managing local infrastructure not under central management, ensuring user satisfaction and data security
  • Document processes, tasks, procedures, and outcomes and create guidelines for local helpdesk
  • Vendor Interface: Handle technical aspects and support commercial and financial agreements with vendors
  • Provide technical support or consulting to Functional Leaders and internal business customers
  • Coordinate the purchasing process for the infrastructure part

requirements-expected :


  • University degree or equivalent in IT or related field
  • 5 years’ experience in IT
  • Ability to form effective working partnerships with functions and across functions and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Can-do attitude and growth mindset
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written communication)
  • Driver’s license preferred
