about-project :

The team is a cross-functional global community of dedicated ZF digital transformation agents & process experts. You will be part of the project team that is charged with template development, implementation & continuous improvement for our transformation into SAP S/4 HANA ERP.

responsibilities :

Lead Business and IT specialists project teams
Support the ERP Program and the linked major global programs
Preparation for complex global projects, gathering/analyzing requirements and proposing solutions
Support the controlling of global projects through monitoring services, internal and external resources and budget
Prepare work packages, estimate efforts, prepare project plans and drive deliverables within a global team
Self-dependent preparation and post-processing of meetings (e.g. Steering Committees, project teams, …)
Create presentations, reports and analyses for the program and project management
Ensure and support a continuous documentation of the project (e.g. decisions, risks, standard documents, documentation quality checks etc.)
General administrative tasks (e.g. schedule meetings, support resource planning, organize access for external consultants, request PS Elements, Purchase Requisitions

requirements-expected :

Completed degree in technology/business
5+ years of working experience preferably in IT, Business Excellence or ERP areas
Extensive knowledge of the SAP ERP environment
Excellent communication skills, independent working approach, high reliability
Openness and flexibility to work in a very dynamic working environment
Fluent English skills
