• Analyze data and processes to improve operational efficiency
• Gather and document business requirements using diagrams, models, and workflows
• Collaborate with technical and business teams – your field experience will help them better understand risks and needs
• Prepare reports and project documentation

Experience:

• Background in uniformed services – ability to work under pressure, analyze situations, and make sound decisions
• Fluent German (mandatory)
• Willingness to learn corporate tools (e.g., Excel, UML, BPMN)
• Strong analytical and communication skills – able to work in cross-functional teams
