Your Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement digital policies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expertise in areas such as AI, Quantum Technologies, and Cybersecurity to inform policy development and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in the preparation of proposals for EU bidding procedures, both orchestrating the preparation and writing of content.
• Manage digital transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital innovation and policy compliance.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the digital landscape to inform policy recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members across various EY practices.

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in AI, Quantum Technologies, and Cybersecurity.
• Experience with EU bidding procedures and proposal preparation.
• Proven ability to manage digital transformation projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong written communication skills, ensuring that style and content are tailored to the target audience – from operational to managerial levels.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating a proactive approach and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in project management methodologies.

To Qualify for the Role

• A higher education degree, preferably in technology, science, or engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation within the public sector or consulting environment.
• Experience in bid management processes for EU public tenders, ensuring that proposals effectively address the tender requirements and demonstrate the value of the proposed solution.
• Understanding of EU public sector operations and EU digital policies.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

• Project Management experience working within other sectors.
• Proficiency in additional European language(s).
• Experience in working at consulting firms.
