Responsibilities
Oversee SEM campaigns – plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn to generate leads and increase brand visibility
Drive Content Marketing & SEO – build and manage a content strategy, optimize website and blog for organic traffic
Organize webinars and online events to position Correct Context as a thought leader in the IT recruitment space
Manage email marketing & automation – plan, test, and optimize newsletter and lead nurturing campaigns
Collaborate closely with content writers, designers, and the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and impactful campaigns
Deliver high-quality B2B leads through integrated digital efforts
Support sales presence at conferences and industry events
Our requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, backed by measurable results
Proven success in SEM campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a budget of at least 100,000 PLN
Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing strategy
Experience in B2B lead generation and cooperation with sales teams
Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data‑driven decisions
Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
