We are looking for a team player with a high level of digital skills. In this role you will support and optimize Linde’s gases digital presence in Poland in alignment with the broader Region Europe East (REE) strategy.

What You Will Enjoy Doing

• You will maintain and improve the eCommerce platform and the website, ensuring availability, responsiveness, and feature quality
• Furthermore, you will monitor sites performance, manage defect tickets, and implement necessary UI/UX or code enhancements
• You will support automation and digital transformation initiatives to increase productivity and enhance customer experience
• You are running eCommerce webinars and provide digital support for internal meetings
• You will support digital marketing, campaign planning, and SEO by translating customer and performance insights into targeted, measurable actions
• In addition, you will create visual content including graphics and videos for digital campaigns and company events
• You will support customer event logistics and promotion activities
• You are collaborating with local sales teams, corporate digital functions, external developers and other outside service agencies

What Makes You Great

• You hold a university degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Media, Information Systems, or related field (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
• You bring 3+ years of practical experience with web technologies (e.g. HTML, CMS) and basic programming concepts, allowing you to support platform implementations and integrations
• You have working knowledge of graphic and video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma or similar)
• Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus
• You demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across teams and functions
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment, meeting deadlines, and adapting to new challenges
• You are a native Polish speaker and fluent in English
