Design, implement, and maintain next-generation CI/CD tools and platforms, directly impacting the development experience for engineering teams across the organization
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to build, release, and monitor applications, enhancing both performance and operational efficiency
Develop and manage infrastructure using Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform, ensuring the reliability and scalability of systems
Utilize Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps to optimize and manage CI/CD pipelines and environments
Set up and configure Jenkins and GitHub Actions for seamless automation and integration across development workflows
Monitor and improve system performance and reliability through tools such as Grafana, ensuring high availability
Solve complex infrastructure and networking challenges, providing thorough and logical solutions while retaining ownership from issue identification to resolution
Document processes and provide guidance to fellow engineers, fostering a collaborative knowledge-sharing environment
requirements-expected :
Minimum 4 years of experience in similar position
Minimum 4 years of experience in building and supporting continuous integration and delivery solutions
Strong experience with Kubernetes and managing infrastructure and networking in production environments
Proficiency in Terraform, Azure Cloud, and Azure DevOps
Hands-on experience with Jenkins and GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline automation
Proven ability to design high-availability, scalable systems with a problem-solving mindset and analytical skills
English level: B2, C1
Availibility to work in office in Cracow (3 days per week)
Nice to have: familiarity with ArgoCD for continuous deployment and GitOps practices
