• Building and maintaining infrastructure in the cloud environment (AWS)
• Supporting CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines
• Collaborating closely with developers, testers, and other DevOps engineers within a Scrum team
• Monitoring and improving infrastructure performance and stability
• Contributing to infrastructure automation and system scalability
• Participating in daily team rituals (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a DevOps or similar role
• Solid hands-on experience with:
• AWS Cloud
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm Charts
• CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Ansible
• Scripting skills in Python and/or Bash
• Git and version control workflows
• Basic knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL, MongoDB)
• Previous involvement in large-scale projects (10+ scrum teams)
• Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in the UK, is a plus
• Fluent English (advanced level – both written and spoken)
