The Team

You will join a large and diverse team that is central to the ability for the company to do business. You will interact with other application administrators, software developers, security experts, and business stakeholders to ensure we are constantly up and running and optimize our incident response. We will work to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding, leveraging the expertise of your fellow team members and the support of your leadership: we want to make sure it is a win for all of us.

What your day will look like:

• Manage DevOps pipeline (Builds and Releases), Repositories (GIT/TFS), Azure VMs
• Monitor custom software applications, document and analyze problems, and publish maintenance schedule
• Maintain SLA, system availability, capacity management, and performance
• Work closely with application development team members and vendors
• Lead and participate in all efforts to develop and implement processes for application and system monitoring
• Liaise with our system admin, infrastructure, and security teams for incident resolution

Requirements

About you

• 3+ years experience in application admin and DevOps role
• Ability to exercise strong technical judgment
• Experience in Windows environment
• Experience managing IIS
• Experience with Azure Resource Management (ARM) deployment templates
• Network knowledge (DNS, Firewall)
• Knowledge of environment clusters
• Professional business level of English and local language

Even better if you have these assets

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement)
• Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, client-services environment
