Managing the team and evaluating their performance on a quarterly basis
Identifying essential factors and metrics that affect pricing efficiency across multiple areas.
Analyzing the connections between metrics and calculating correlation coefficients.
Creating dashboards to address critical business and product questions.
Detecting inefficiencies in the existing pricing system, dispatch processes, and overall product performance.
Formulating hypotheses, implementing them, and measuring their subsequent impact.
Researching + Behavioral analysis

Educational background in Computer Science or related fields
Advanced skills in either C++
Leadership experience is a must
Experience in providing support, feedback, and evaluating Junior developers
Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills, with the ability to rapidly
