Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to local, regional, and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and driving operational excellence.
- Define and implement Learning & Development strategies, establishing shared processes, governance frameworks, and performance KPIs.
- Lead, develop, and support the team by assessing capability gaps, creating development plans, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Monitor team performance through SLAs and KPIs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational effectiveness.
- Lead training needs analysis, including the planning and maintenance of training master data and the effective execution of learning initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, providing actionable insights on team performance, learning activities, and service delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on budget planning and resource allocation for Learning & Development initiatives.
- Support the delivery of large-scale learning events, training programs, and organizational development initiatives.
- Drive transformation, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Learning & Development function.
- Lead automation, digital transformation, AI, and process optimization projects to enhance efficiency and improve the employee experience.
- Ensure process standardization and continuous improvement across multiple business units in line with organizational objectives.
Requirements:- Min. 6 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR Operations, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in people management, including coaching, development, and performance management.
- Strong expertise in learning processes, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and learning operations.
- Demonstrated experience leading transformation, change management, or process improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, talent management, and employee development practices.
- Experience in skills assessment, talent identification, succession planning, and workforce capability development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and support business decision-making.
- Experience in budget management and financial planning activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Strong coaching, facilitation, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in multicultural and international environments, with a high level of intercultural awareness and agility.
- Familiarity with automation, digital transformation, AI, or robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives is highly desirable.
- A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving change and continuous improvement.
