Engineering Manager
Responsibilities
- Design technical solutions for packaging, palletizing and sorting systems based on industrial robots for the FMCG, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and health care sectors.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain function and Project/Operation Manager(s) to meet customer requirements.
- Prepare bids, technical specifications, cost estimates (FCM) and conduct physical tests.
- Contribute to specific aspects of design assignments to meet customer requirements while adhering to relevant standards, safety and quality.
- Support technical risk assessments and implement resulting actions in proposals/bids.
- Provide technical support to the Sales Department, including occasional trips.
- Maintain direct contact with the customer.
Your Competencies
- Higher technical education degree (preferred directions: automation and robotics, mechanics and machine construction).
- 3-5 years of experience in designing production automation or robot-related solutions.
- Experience with industrial robot-based job design or related process robotization.
- Good knowledge of automation and pneumatics components.
- Good English communication skills for an international environment.
- Very good knowledge of Robot Studio, AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks software.
- Willingness for occasional business travel mainly for technical support to the Sales Department.
- Cat B driver’s license.
