We are looking for an experienced Demand Planning Manager with strong expertise in translating demand forecasts into raw material and production requirements. This role is critical in ensuring the right materials are available at the right time to support manufacturing operations while optimizing inventory, service levels, and working capital. The position is based at the manufacturing plant near Kraków 5 days a week. The ideal candidate is an expert in demand planning, material requirement planning, and production feedstock planning within a manufacturing environment. They will drive forecasting accuracy, align demand with production capabilities, and lead the S&OP process across multiple product categories and markets.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW: Lead demand planning and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate translation of customer demand into raw material and production requirements.Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market intelligence.Own material planning assumptions and ensure optimal availability of production feedstock and critical raw materials.Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Planning, Sales, and Finance to balance demand, inventory, and production capacity.Drive S&OP and Demand Review processes, identifying risks, constraints, and mitigation actions.Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and planning KPIs while driving continuous improvement.Support new product launches, portfolio changes, and strategic supply chain initiatives.Lead and develop the planning team of 3.

WYMAGANIA: Masters degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.Experience in Demand Planning, Material Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or S&OP within manufacturing.Proven expertise in raw material/feedstock planning and translating demand forecasts into production requirements.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain planning.Experience with SAP IBP or similar planning systems.Advanced analytical skills and strong Excel capabilities.Leadership experience and ability to influence stakeholders across functions.Fluent English and Polish.
