Demand Planner

Your Job

As our Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in forecasting product demand to ensure we meet customer expectations while optimizing inventory and operational efficiency. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver accurate forecasts, improve planning processes, and help drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation.
• Analyze historical sales trends, market data, and promotional activity to adjust forecasts.
• Lead monthly demand review processes and support S&OP activities.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align forecasts.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and propose actions to improve performance.
• Identify and escalated supply risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in English (speaking & writing).
• Team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
