Our client works at the heart of the global travel industry and provides the technology which keeps the travel sector moving. We are currently expanding our team responsible for Cytric Travel Solutions and we are seeking a Delivery Manager who will have a key role in scoping, planning, and managing Cytric Service Deliveries for our customers.

Project information:

• Type of project: managing Cytric Travel end-to-end implementations, migration projects, implementation consulting, and support
• Office location: Warsaw (Wola)
• Remote work: yes, 100% remote
• Type of contract: b2b
• Assignment start date: 11.2024 or later

Responsibilities:

• Engineer Solution for customer prospects
• Act as a Subject matter expert and product technical/Functional support to pre-sales, sales, and marketing teams
• Apply project methodology, goals, objectives, provide resource planning and budgeting
• Manage implementations of Cytric Travel solution for customers
• Implement Cytric Travel according to scope and plan
• Identify and mitigate key risks and issues impacting delivery and customer satisfaction
• Oversee technical operations and coordinate tasks to ensure efficient integration into client software ecosystem and infrastructure
• Write implementation configuration document that reflects customer requirements
• Monitor and evaluate project performance to identify areas of improvement
• Manage Customers post-go-live Support Services

Minimum Requirements:

• University degree in Tourism, Project Management, Business or IT
• Experience working as an Implementation Engineer and Project Coordinator/Lead in the travel industry
• Valid experience in the business travel industry, ideally in a Travel Management Company
• Knowledge of GDS systems, preferably Amadeus GDS
• Experience working with Online Booking Tools, most preferably Cytric Travel
• Knowledge of methods and procedures used during the software development process
• Ability to handle the different phases of a project, following the companys methodology and using standard project management tools: Project organization, Project Initiation, Planning, estimating and scheduling, Executing, Monitoring and controlling, Risk management, Project closing
