For one of our international clients operating in the payment technology and financial services sector, we are looking for two experienced DCIM Analysts (Data Center Technicians) to join a global Data Center Operations team supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.

This is a hands-on role focused on the physical management of IT infrastructure within a mission-critical data center environment. The position is ideal for professionals with practical experience in server installation, structured cabling, hardware lifecycle management and Data Center operations.

Location: Warsaw / Błonie Data Center (remote work possible depending on operational needs)

Employment type: B2B (IT Contracting)

Contract: 12 months with a strong possibility of extension

ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
  • Perform physical installation, relocation and decommissioning of servers, storage and network equipment (Rack & Stack).
  • Execute Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC) activities within the data center environment.
  • Install, terminate, organize and maintain copper and fibre optic structured cabling.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve physical infrastructure issues related to servers, networking equipment and cabling.
  • Perform hardware replacements and support equipment lifecycle management.
  • Ensure proper rack-level cable management, power connectivity and infrastructure organization.
  • Update and maintain asset records and infrastructure documentation within DCIM platforms.
  • Manage service requests and operational activities using DCIM and ServiceNow.
  • Conduct regular infrastructure audits and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Support vendors and third-party engineers during onsite maintenance and implementation activities.
  • Participate in planned maintenance windows performed outside standard business hours when required.
  • Ensure all work complies with operational procedures, security standards and data center best practices.


WYMAGANIA:
  • Proven commercial experience working within an enterprise Data Center or similar mission-critical IT infrastructure environment.
  • Hands-on experience with server installation, Rack & Stack activities and hardware decommissioning.
  • Practical experience with structured cabling, including copper and fibre optic installations.
  • Experience performing physical Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC) within a Data Center.
  • Good understanding of enterprise server, storage and network hardware.
  • Experience using DCIM platforms, ServiceNow or other infrastructure/ticket management systems.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve physical infrastructure issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate technical documentation.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global technical teams.
  • Good communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting enterprise or colocation Data Centers.
  • Familiarity with structured cabling standards (ANSI/TIA, BICSI or equivalent).
  • Experience working with enterprise server vendors such as Dell, HPE, Lenovo or Cisco.
  • Knowledge of IT asset management processes.
  • Experience participating in infrastructure implementation or migration projects.
  • Previous experience supporting mission-critical or high-availability environments.
