responsibilities :
Designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models to solve complex business problems using technologies like Azure Machine Learning and sklearn
Working with large datasets to perform data processing, feature engineering, and model deployment using tools such as Azure Databricks and MLflow
Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to identify key insights and translate them into actionable solutions, leveraging PowerBI for visualizations
Developing end-to-end analytical pipelines using modern cloud-based tools like Azure AI Studio and Azure DevOps, ensuring scalability and efficiency
Continuously enhancing models by incorporating advanced analytics and machine learning techniques, ensuring the highest quality and performance with technologies like OpenAI and VS Code
requirements-expected :
3+ years of hands-on experience in data science and/or advanced analytics projects, with expertise in machine learning techniques
Proficiency in R and Python, along with experience in common machine learning libraries like sklearn, Keras/Tensorflow, and statsmodels
Experience with Azure Databricks for data processing and machine learning model deployment, and proficiency in Power BI for data visualization
A strong foundation in statistics and time-series analysis, including Bayesian inference, ARIMA, and MCMC
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication in an international, remote team environment
Residency in Poland is required
