Business ownership of the Data Science team (P&L)
Driving business growth through active participation in business development activities (acquiring new clients, development of existing ones, preparing quotes and proposals, etc)
Accountability for process optimization and team performance
Building and maintaining relationships with business partners
Building and leading the Data Science team (recruitment, goal setting, motivation, and development)
Providing managerial and subject matter expertise to the team
Driving growth through the implementation of new business projects
Proactively identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Actively contributing to product development and company promotion internally and externally
Collaborating with other teams within the organization and markets within the group
requirements-expected :
Proven track record in delivering advanced data science projects to top-tier clients preferably in consulting, advisory, or agency settings
Deep understanding of data science and analytics tools to provide tailored solutions
Experience in building and implementing end-to-end analytical products, particularly in the marketing and sales domain (e.g., analyzing marketing campaign effectiveness, customer lifetime value estimation, etc.)
Strong project management skills to ensure timely and effective delivery
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage clients and team members
Strong client focus and ability to build lasting relationships
Proven leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams
Mentorship skills to develop and empower team members
Advanced English & Polish proficiency (both written and spoken)
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to drive innovation
Solid foundation in R or Python and machine learning techniques
