• Manage the work of a dedicated team of Data Engineers on the Data Lakehouse platform based on Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Logic Apps
• Motivate the team, set individual/team goals, and monitor their implementation
• Support the development of team members competences through mentoring, training, and knowledge transfer
• Build a vision and manage the project roadmap, actively manage changes in priorities
• Manage the handling of data pipelines, flows, and integration of data from various sources
• Implement and control quality tests of database products (Validity, Completeness, Consistency, Accuracy, etc.)
• Reduce manual processes and shorten the time needed for the mechanics of handling output data acquisition processes
• Implement innovations and architectural improvements, in line with the latest technological trends, cooperating with the Enterprise Architect
• Manage data preparation for AI models - cleaning, enrichment, scaling, validation
• Cooperate with a team of PBI Developers and Analysts Business, to identify business and technical requirements for new reporting and database solutions

Data Engineering Team Leader is responsible for building and managing a scrum team of data engineers focused on creating automatThe ed, scalable, and sustainable data pipelines that meet the dynamically changing needs of users in the Organization. You will be working in a culture of responsibility as an active member of the Data Analytics team and implementing engineering best practices. Team Leader works closely with business user teams and Enterprise Architects, ensuring the Organization has the right tools and effective work methods.
