Who are we looking?


  • Data product development and Data Mesh
  • Experience developing data products and managing the data products lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience working as a data product developer in a data mesh architecture of Snowflake in the context given by Roche environment
  • Experience automating enforcement of data policies as code that adheres to existing data governance policies and guidelines
  • Proven experience building secure data solutions taking into account non-functional requirements like privacy, security and compliance
  • Shifting security left by implementing automated checks across the data product delivery lifecycle Data engineering and infrastructure
  • Understanding of data warehousing and modelling
  • Develop and optimize data models for efficient data storage and retrieval
  • Design, build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure leveraging ETL processes
  • Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) to build and deploy scalable data solutions
  •  Utilize big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) to ingest, process and serve analytical data as part of data products
  • Hands-on experience and proficiency in Python/FastAPI, AWS, Snowflake, SQL, dbt, Montecarlo, Collibra, Immuta Data quality and automation
  • Ensure data quality through automating profiling, cleansing and validation
  • Hands-on experience with DataOps practices like version control, continuous integration, continuous delivery and deployment automation
  • Hands-on experience implementing automated testing strategies for data products and pipelines Product Thinking
  • Experience with incremental software delivery by building MVPs (thin slice) and focusing on getting feedback from the users earlier
  • Passion for being data-driven and problem-solving
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports
  • Ability to translate data into insights Collaboration and agile practices
  • Effective collaboration skills and experience working in international, cross functional teams with data scientists, analysts and business users
  • Experience working in agile teams that follow agile methodologies like Scrum/Scaled Agile Framework
  • Work with business communities outside of ASPIRE setting and with audiences that may not yet fully be familiar with Agile Software Delivery practices
  • Develop and optimize SQL and Python queries to extract data from very large datasets.
  • Utilize scripting skills to automate data processes efficiently.
  • Work within an enterprise environment managing extensive datasets in the payment sector.
  • Collaborate with a team of data professionals to innovate and enhance data solutions.
