about-project :


  • We are looking for experienced Data Analyst with real estate data structures knowledge.

responsibilities :


  • Manage the ingestion of Excel-based datasets into Lumen via SharePoint and Power BI dataflows.
  • Ensure smooth transitions from raw inputs to structured templates and final uploads.
  • Maintain consistency in formatting, field definitions, and template structures.
  • Identify inefficiencies in data handling and transformation workflows.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine data collection interfaces and automate validations.
  • Monitor and respond to data errors and inconsistencies.
  • Manage and develop comprehensive error-handling protocols and dashboards.
  • Ensure alignment with Lumen’s governance standards, including audit trails and confidence indicators.
  • Incorporate new data sources and build transformation logic using Power Query and SQL.
  • Support the evolution of Lumen’s medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers).
  • Work closely with the Data Engineering team to clarify technical requirements and resolve integration challenges.
  • Liaise with data providers to investigate and resolve discrepancies in incoming datasets.
  • Communicate findings and solutions efficiently across teams and geographies.
  • Support build of Power BI dashboards in collaboration with the Insights team.
  • Ensure visualizations reflect the latest data and meet business needs for granularity and clarity.
  • Enable exportable, drill-down views for underwriting and strategic analysis.

requirements-expected :


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Power Query, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and multi-layered architecture.
  • Strong understanding of real estate data structures and terminology.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and data warehouse environments.
  • GIS experience welcomed—with potential to expand into geospatial analysis.
  • Efficient communicator and proactive problem solver.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for data integrity and process improvement.
  • Comfortable working with external data sources and managing noise and gaps in market data.
  • Location: preferably Warsaw. The expectation is to be in clients office in Warsaw at least 2 days a week.
  • Fluent English
