Your responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the Data & AI strategy, aligning with company business goals and together with management team
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data-driven projects, from ideation to deployment, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with requirements
- Build and manage a high-performing team of data scientists/ analysts, AI & data engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Production units to integrate Data solutions into daily operations
- Stay on top of AI and data science industry trends, incorporating cutting-edge methodologies and technologies into our projects
Our requirements
- Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant background
- Proven experience (5+ years) in leading data engineers and science teams, ideally within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical sector
- Preferably experience with AI/ML, data analytics, and project management
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into actionable Data & AI solutions with measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Previous leadership experience in an international, cross-cultural environment
