You'll analyse business needs, configure solutions, and ensure successful deployments. Responsibilities: Analyse and document business requirements. Configure and customize Dynamics 365. Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals. Use Microsoft ALM tools (VSTS, PowerApps) for project support. Conduct testing and provide training to ensure smooth adoption. Qualifications: 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and 3 full lifecycle implementations. Knowledge of Microsoft ALM stack and VSTS/TFS. Experience with business process analysis and re-engineering. Strong problem-solving, communication, and client relationship skills. Relevant Microsoft Dynamics certification preferred.
