For our Client, an international company that is building a new MS Dynamics 365 Competence Center in Krakow, we are currently looking for a Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant.

Holding the role, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements and designing solutions across Finance and/or Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with standard Dynamics 365 capabilities while minimizing customization. You will facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders, translate requirements into user stories, process flows, provide functional specifications, and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process optimization. You will map business processes to standard D365 F&O functionality, collaborate with the Solution Architect and developers (X++, integrations) to ensure proper implementation, and support system configuration, workflows, and business rules. You will provide 2nd and 3rd line support, validate system functionality, support data migration activities and conduct UATs.

To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a business-related field and have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant. You should have hands-on experience with D365 F&O and a good understanding of finance and/or supply chain business processes. You need to be experienced in requirements gathering, process modeling, system configuration, customization and supporting implementations. Due to work in international environment, you need to speak fluent English.
