Czech Speaking Customer Support Specialist

Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Your responsibilities

  • providing excellent customer service (supporting Czech/Slovak Clients)
  • building up positive relationships with customers
  • resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and by phone)
  • monitoring of the situation on financial markets
  • working with the CRM system (verification and completing clients data)
  • cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments

Our requirements

  • czech language - native or proficiency level required
  • very good knowledge of English language is a must
  • higher education (might be IV or V year student)
  • previous experience in a customer service role (desirable)
  • responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
  • strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • good knowledge of MS Office
  • positive attitude
