Location: Remotely from Poland, business trips up to 10% of working time

Working time: 15:00- 23:00 (Polish time)
responsibilities :
Run a comprehensive cyber assurance strategy in alignment with business objectives;
Maintain a framework for ongoing cybersecurity risk assessments and assurance activities;
Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure the integration of cyber assurance activities;
Report on the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations;
Maintain relationships with external auditors;
Implement cyber assurance policies and procedures;
Stay abreast of emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.
requirements-expected :
5+ years of relevant IT and Information Security experience
Advanced knowledge of industry authoritative sources such as NIST, COBIT, GDPR, and ISO standards;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex regulations and apply them to business operations;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external auditors;
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple compliance initiatives simultaneously;
Stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills;
Proficiency in using compliance management tools and software;
Familiarity with GRC platforms, security-related legal and regulatory requirements;
Ability to act independently with minimal supervision;
Strong English skills (C1).
