Customs Compliance Manager

• Manage both customs and trade compliance across the company, ensuring that all global regulations are understood
• Responsible for Customs classifications and regulatory requirements
• Ensure the highest compliance levels for all customs and government agency requirements across all staff and teams
• Oversee entry auditing and reporting results and recommendations for improvement
• Ensure that the companys controls, policies, procedures, processes, and applications are all understood by the team and implemented accordingly
• Work with the Euro1 certificate
• Communication with customs in case of blocking of products, support, and coordination until unblocking
• Solving issues with agencies when the client cannot accept the transit declaration on his side
• Search and communication with customs agencies around the world in the event of a clients request for import clearance in the country of destination
• Support for work with current agencies (USA, Canada, UK, Poland)
