ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Handling incoming calls and inquiries via chat in Norwegian

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction

Resolving any issues related to reservations, returns or complaints

Providing accurate and timely information regarding our services

Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service

WYMAGANIA:

Fluent Norwegian and English (min. B2)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Previous experience in customer service would be an asset

OFERUJEMY:

Employment based on an employment contract
