Currently, for our client (car industry), we are looking for people for the position Customer Support Specialist with Czech or Slovak (m/f).Tasks:

• administration of financial contracts for Czech Republic and Slovakia markets,
• customer care and contract management for Czech Republic and Slovakia markets,
• provision of support and consultation for potential Customer during offering and application process,
• active contribution to the operational functioning and performance of the Operation Department dedicated to Czech and Slovak market,
• co-creation and development of processes of the Operation Department.

• fluency or native proficiency in Czech and/or Slovak – speaking and writing,
• business experience in collection or customer service,
• problem solving and continuous improvement skills,
• strong customer and process orientation,
• good knowledge of English – both verbal and written.

• an employment contract for 18 months with the opportunity for extension,
