Foundever™ is a global leader in the Customer Experience (CX) industry. We are expanding our remote support team in Poland and looking for candidates who are fluent in Armenian and English.
If you want to work in an international environment and develop professionally while supporting customers in a meaningful way — this role is for you.
REMOTE WORK
Responsibilities:
- Providing customer support in Armenian and English
- Supporting customers via email and phone
- Assisting with troubleshooting medical devices related to diabetes care
- Handling complaints, returns and equipment replacements according to company procedures
- Updating customer information and maintaining accurate records in internal systems
Requirements:
- Armenian: C1/C2
- English: B2+ (daily communication, internal training)
- Customer service experience is welcome but not required — full training provided
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Strong communication skills, empathy, responsibility and good organization
Nice to have:
- Attention to detail
- Independence and problem-solving ability
- Interest in medical/health products
