Work Model

• On-site - work from office located in Starachowice

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Provide international key account support for major end-customers
• Act as a bridge between external stakeholders and the internal organization, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration
• Serve as the primary contact for external partners, addressing inquiries related to general, commercial, or technical after-sales issues and coordinating with the appropriate departments to deliver accurate and timely solutions

You’re Ideal For This Role If You Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field
• Experience in automotive industry
• Knowledge of engineering processes like FMEA and diagnostic tools such as CAN/CANalyzer
• Experience in commercial after-sales activities, including warranty, goodwill, and workshop operations, systems, and processes
• Preferably knowledge of engineering tools i.e. INDIGO
• Familiar with High Voltage EE systems
• Expert-level proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent verbal and written knowledge in English and German language
• Excellent analytical skills, excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
