The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding clients product or services.

Customer Support Advisor with German

Location: Szczecin - onsite or remotely from anywhere in Poland

We are looking for Customer Service Advisors with C1 language skills level for German.

Role: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to various incoming requests, solving emerging issues, and you will be responsible for the following:

• Provide assistance via telephone, e-mail, chat, and social media regarding the platform
• Listen carefully and understand customer needs
• Build a good relationship with the customer
• Participate in activities and meetings to improve service quality and customer satisfaction

The main skills we are looking for are:

• C1 language skills level for German
• B1/B2 language skills level for English
• Good use of PC and online browsing
• Customer orientation and attention to detail
• High problem-solving capacity
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service will be considered a plus
